Naturally Good Foods & Cafe is Montauk’s primary health food store, conveniently located on the town’s main street. Contrarily to all of the other Gourmadela Montauk reviews, this is more of a deli/grocery store, but one of my favorite obligatory pit-stops for a healthy bite.
Naturally Good Foods is open year round and remains a local favorite for beach-goers looking for a healthy nutritious snack. This is a casual, no-frills deli, but one of the best places to come to for breakfast, or for a light take-out lunch. When the line at Joni’s is at its worse, Naturally Good Foods‘ menu is just as good, if not better. I always come for their organic juices and smoothies (my favorite being the $6.95 Breakfast in Barbados), their lox bagels, hummus wraps, and I’m obsessed with their fresh $9.99 Strawberry & Goat Cheese Salad.
Lots of organic vegan & gluten-free options
Organic produce, cosmetics, groceries and herbs are also offered, as well as daily specials.
There are a few outdoor seats available in their private garden, but the best it to order everything to-go and eat at the beach.
I love Naturally Good Foods & Cafe for its fresh and high-quality produce at a very affordable price. It’s my go-to Montauk take-out spot for a picnic at the beach.
